IWCn is a working community with about 200 members. Over 600 of the employees work at the Group’s Indian locations. A total of about 250 people in 15 countries work for the foreign subsidiaries and representative offices, most of them in marketing. The hundreds of job titles of its staff cover the whole field, from research to Advertisement, marketing and administration.


The IT Industry offers the chance to work in an international environment and a great variety of challenging career opportunities for experts in different fields. IWCn takes a long-term approach to the development of expertise and the working community. The results of development efforts are tracked annually by means of regular working climate measurements and parameters of leadership and managerial work.


At IWCn, We call our people “IWCians” and not employees as, for us; they are more to us than just an employee.
